Ich besitze diese Gitarre seit dem Sommer 2018 und bin sehr glücklich damit. Endlich hören mich meine Kollegen vom Eos Guitar Quartet. Die warmen und doch knackigen Bässe fügen sich schön in den Gesamtklang des Quartetts ein und die brillanten Höhen setzen sich klar durch.
Im Zusammenspiel mit anderen Instrumenten bewährt sich die Concert S65e bestens und sie behauptet sich im Pegelstreit gegen Trompete, Alphorn oder Cello. Als Solist spiele ich darauf gerne die klassische Gitarrenliteratur von Bach über Albéniz, Koshkin, Bellinati, Dyens bis Callahan. Sie liegt auch für Jazz und Flamenco gut in der Hand. Ich spiele dieses Instrument täglich und es entwickelt sich prächtig.

I've owned this guitar since summer 2018 and I'm very happy with it. My colleagues from the Eos Guitar Quartet can finally hear me. The warm yet crisp basses blend beautifully into the overall sound of the quartet and the brilliant trebles come through clearly.
In combination with other instruments, the Concert S65e proves its worth and holds its own against the trumpet, alphorn or cello. As a soloist, I enjoy playing classical guitar literature on it, from Bach to Albéniz, Koshkin, Bellinati, Dyens and Callahan. It is also good for jazz and flamenco. I play this instrument every day and it is developing magnificently.

Die 7-Saitige Gitarre wurde vom Gitarrenbauer Jonas Schneele auf meine Anfrage als spezielle Anfertigung im Jahr 2013 realisiert, mit folgenden Spezifikationen: Mensurlänge: 640mm; Griffbrett in Ebenholz, leicht gewölbt; Gitarrenhals in Cedro mit Karboneinlage; Boden und Zargen in Makassar Ebenholz; Fichtendecke. Die zusätzliche Bass-Saite kann ich zwischen H und D stimmen (je nach Stück) und ermöglicht so eine wunderbare Klangerweiterung. Die Bespielbarkeit dieses Instruments ist für die linke Hand dank der etwas kürzeren Mensur und der Griffbrettwölbung sehr angenehm. Der Klang ist sehr schön, ausgewogen und mit schönen harmonischen Tönen. Der Diskant klingt klar und die Stimmen-Trennung ist ideal (Fichtendecke). Die Basssaiten klingen voll und warm (Makassar).
The 7-string guitar was realized by luthier Jonas Schneele at my request as a special production in 2013, with the following specifications: Scale length: 640mm; fingerboard in ebony, slightly arched; guitar neck in cedro with carbon inlay; back and sides in Makassar ebony; spruce top. The additional bass string can be tuned between B and D (depending on the piece) and thus enables a wonderful extension of the sound. The playability of this instrument is very comfortable for the left hand thanks to the slightly shorter scale length and the curvature of the fingerboard. The sound is very beautiful, balanced and with beautiful harmonic tones. The treble sounds clear and the voice separation is ideal (spruce top). The bass strings sound full and warm (Makassar).

Ich bin begeistert, dieses Instrument hat einen wunderbar warmen und runden Klang. Es klingt sehr offen, ist voller Brillianz und die Obertöne klingen lange nach. Diese Gitarre hat eine erstaunliche Vielfalt an Klangfarben, gezupft nahe des Steges bis hin zur Griffbrettkante. Durch die angenehm niedrige Saitenlage, das geringe Gewicht und ihre Proportionierung ist das Instrument für mich sehr leicht und bequem bespielbar. Ich danke dir nochmals ganz herzlich für diese wunderschöne Gitarre!

I am thrilled, this instrument has a wonderfully warm and round sound. It sounds very open, is full of brilliance and the overtones resonate for a long time. This guitar has an amazing variety of timbres, plucked close to the bridge right up to the edge of the fingerboard. Due to the pleasantly low string action, the low weight and its proportions, the instrument is very light and comfortable for me to play. Thank you once again for this beautiful guitar!
